At Owr Armament, we stand by the quality of our products. If you need to return an item, please review the following policy to ensure a smooth return process.
Eligibility for Returns
- Eligible products may be returned in their original packaging for a refund or store credit within 14 days of purchase or shipment—whichever is later.
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
- To initiate a return, customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number by contacting our Customer Service at 615-900-0373 during business hours (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM ET).
Return Process
- Request an RMA: Contact our Customer Service to obtain an RMA number before sending any products back.
- Prepare the Return: Ensure the item is in new, sellable condition and returned in its original packaging with all accessories included.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped.
- Refund/Exchange Processing: Once received and inspected, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method or as store credit.
Non-Returnable Products
The following items cannot be returned at any time:
- Firearms, ammunition, and ammunition components
- Airguns, CO2 cartridges, and consumable items
- Clothing that has been washed or shows wear
- Opened cleaning kits, DVDs, CDs, or copyrighted materials
- Items that are used, missing packaging, damaged, or not in new condition
Additional Return Considerations
- If a returned item was part of a promotion, any discount, promotional item, or promotional card used must also be returned. If the promotional item is not returned (or has been used), its value will be deducted from the refund.
- Owr Armament reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the outlined criteria.
